D/A Online Encounters

D/A Online Encounters are an opportunity for teachers, artists and everyone inspired by Dharma/Arte’s mission to gather together to study the principles of contemplative education, and contemporary approaches to the creative processes based on dharma art teachings taught by Buddhist teacher Chögyam Trungpa.

With guests from Brazil and other countries, these encounters are a complement to our live events, and also a way of strengthening the ties of a Dharma/Arte community.

Please join us for the next D/A Online Encounter:

“Mudra Space Awareness”, with Lee Worley (TBD)

“Our habitual psychosomatic relationship to our bodies limits us to concepts about awareness rather than letting us directly experience it. The core principle of Mudra Space Awareness is to use the laboratory of the body to explore our potential to operate beyond the confines of conceptual mind, opening up channels for awareness to flow more freely. This development of direct experience strengthens “presence” and body/mind synchronization, uncovering fundamental confidence that goes beyond reference points and letting us return to a playful space of spontaneity. Mudra Space Awareness training is appropriate for just about every situation of our life.” (Lee Worley)

Dates will be informed soon. Learn more about Mudra Space Awareness.
